I am going on my 3rd year at Tacara. I find the the front office has been very attentive and help to any concerns i have ... had. I appreciate the pleasant attitude( Thank you Ms. H and Mr. A). I love my spacious apartment and enjoy sitting on my balcony. The storage area is an additional plus. Any maintenance concerns i have had have been addressed in timely manner and resolved. Love the trash valet service, the and the fact that the halls are blown free of debre periodically. These are just a few of the things i love about living at Tacara. Move In & General Living
I’m a new resident at Tacara Steiner Ranch as of March 2022. The staff are great here. I was moving out of state and and ... Alex went above and beyond to help me, always answering my calls, following through with what he said he would do and making it a smooth transition. I was so impressed by his work ethic and customer service (other property managers in the area we’re tough to get on the phone and certainly weren’t helpful). It’s clear Alex takes pride in his work and cares about the residents, which means a lot to me as I have the reassurance that if there is an issue, I have a reliable management company who will help. The apartment units are nice and modern with ample space throughout. The unit looked just like the pictures, the grounds are beautiful and the amenities are great. I have a lower star level for maintenance only because there should be some regularly scheduled cleaning of the hallways because they get dirty from the trash collection. The maintenance staff are amazing though. I’ve put in 2 work orders and both times the staff came right away and fixed the issues and they were very polite and professional and quickly addressed the problem. All and all I really enjoy it here and would recommend Tacara Steiner Ranch to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live in this area.
